How I work

The process — from first call to final files

Discovery Call
We start with a free 30-minute call. I'll ask about your business, goals, audience and timeline. You'll leave with a clear understanding of what's possible and what it will cost — no surprises later.

Proposal & Agreement
I'll send a detailed written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing. Once agreed, a 50% deposit secures your spot in my schedule. Everything is in writing — always.

Research & Concepts
I dig deep into your industry, competitors and audience before putting pen to paper. You'll receive 2–3 distinct concepts with clear rationale behind each direction — not just pretty pictures.

Refinement
You choose a direction and we refine together. Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. I'll incorporate your feedback clearly and quickly — typically within 24–48 hours.

Final Delivery
Once approved, the remaining 50% is due and I deliver all final files — source files, exports, and a handoff document explaining everything. Most projects deliver within the agreed timeline, often ahead of it.
Common questions

FAQ

Do you work with international clients?
Yes — all the time. I've worked with clients from Australia, the USA, the UK and across Asia. Everything happens remotely via email, Figma and video call. Time zone differences are manageable and I always keep communication clear and consistent.
What's your payment process?
50% deposit before work starts, 50% on final delivery. For ongoing retainer work (e.g. monthly social media), payment is monthly in advance. I accept bank transfer, eSewa, and international payments via Wise.
How many revisions do I get?
Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions after the initial concept presentation. If you need more, additional revisions are billed at a small hourly rate. I've found that 2 rounds is almost always enough when the brief is clear from the start.
What if I need multiple services together?
Most projects combine services — for example, brand identity + social media templates, or UI/UX + motion graphics for a product launch. Bundled projects are often more cost-effective than booking each service separately. Just ask.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A logo design typically takes 1–2 weeks. A full brand identity is 2–4 weeks. UI/UX for a website is 3–6 weeks. 3D animation projects vary most. I'll give you a clear timeline in the proposal so you can plan around it.
Do I own the final design files?
Yes — full ownership transfers to you on receipt of final payment. You get all source files (Figma, Illustrator, Blender, etc.) and can use them however you want. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.
